Baked peaches with honey, walnuts and cinnamon sugar

Ingredients
- 2 ripe peaches
- 1 heaped tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar (Lamb brand)
- 2 tbsp. chopped walnuts (Lamb brand)
- 2 tbsp. runny honey
- You will also need mascarpone cheese or vanilla ice-cream for serving (Carte D’or)
Method
Cut the peaches in half, remove the stones and place onto a baking tray. Mix together the cinnamon, sugar and walnuts in a small bowl. Spoon onto the peach halves, drizzle over a little honey and bake in the oven for 8 minutes or grill to brown. Serve immediately sprinkled with extra cinnamon and honey and a scoop of ice-cream or mascarpone on top
