Shortbread jam and chocolate hearts

Method
and form into a dough and chill for 15 minutes. When ready, roll out and cut into hearts and hearts with a hole in the middle. Place onto a baking tray and bake at 180`c for 12-15 minutes. Allow to cool then sandwich together with the strawberry jam and half dip into the melted chocolate. Decorate with sprinkles and allow the chocolate to set.
