Cheesy vegetarian sausage rolls

Method
Open the dough and place a slice of cheese followed by a sausage.
Repeat one next to the other until the edge of the dough.
Roll the dough into a sausage roll and cut the dough where the edges meet.
Repeat until you use the whole dough and cut them into bit size portions.
Brush with egg wash and bake into a hot oven until nice and crispy.
