Mango & coconut balls

Ingredients

100g Morning Coffee McVities (SPA)
200g Mango cubed, fresh or frozen M&Z is good (Asiago)
200g Unsweetened Desiccated Coconut
80g Condensed Milk

Method

In a food processor, crush the biscuits, then add the mango 180g of the coconut, and the condensed milk.
Mix well until a paste is formed.
Place the remaining coconut in a saucer.
Roll about a tablespoon of the mixture into a ball and pass it through the coconut.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
