Cheese, spinach and black olive stuffed tortilla triangles

Ingredients

  • 1 bag tortilla wraps (Santa Maria)
  • 1 packet white sauce mix (Colman’s)
  • 250ml fresh milk
  • 150g frozen spinach, defrosted, squeezed and chopped (Emborg)
  • 100g Cheddar cheese (Emborg)
  • 100g parmesan (Zanetti)
  • 2 spring onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp sliced black olives (Camel brand)

Method

Start by making the white sauce by mixing together the white sauce mix and milk and bring to the boil and a saucepan. Allow to cool down completely then mix in the grated cheeses, spinach, spring onions  and black olives. Lay out your wraps, cutting a slit on each from the outer edge to the center. Place spoonfuls of the filling into 1 quarter of each wrap, and fold up into quarters. Place onto a baking tray and bake in the oven at 200°C until golden brown. Serve immediately.
