Beef fillet mignions on a red pepper tagliattelle

Ingredients

For the beef

  • 500g fillet of beef
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

You will also need

  • 200g gluten free tagliattelle (Agluten)
  • 100g red peppers (Ponti)
  • 4 basil leaves chopped
  • 2 tbsp extra vingin olive oil
  • 8 artichoke quarters (Ponti)
  • 8 pickled onions (Ponti)
  • 8 marinated mushrooms (Ponti)

Method

Cut the fillet in 4 steaks, mix well all the other ingredients and marinade the beef in it for at least an hour. Next, cook the gluten free pasta in salted boiling water, meanwhile with a food processor blend well the rep peppers, basil and olive oil. Cut in halfs the artichokes, onions and mushrooms and to the peppers puree and mix with the pasta once cooked and chilled. Grill the fillet of beef and serve with the pasta.
