White pizza with Prosciutto crudo
Ingredients
- 1 quantity pizza dough
- 200g fresh ricotta cheese (Benna)
- 2 tbsp natural yogurt (Benna)
- Grated gbejna (Benna)
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- Fresh rosemary
- 2 zucchini, cut into long shavings
- Olive oil
- Fresh seasoning
- 8 slices prosciutto crudo
- Rucola leaves
- 2 tbsp toasted pine nuts
Method
Roll out the prepared pizza dough into a large pizza and transfer onto a perforated pizza baking tray. Crumble the ricotta cheese with a fork in a bowl and soften with the yogurt. Season with salt and pepper and mix in the lemon zest and crushed garlic. Spread the topping over the pizza base. Toss the zucchini shavings together with the rosemary, olive oil and arrange over the pizza base. Bake in a hot oven for approximately 25 minutes or until golden. Arrange the ham on the pizza, sprinkle with the rucola and pine nuts, drizzle with olive oil.
