Valentines strawberry tiramisu

Ingredients
For the mascarpone cream
- 2 eggs, separated (Le Naturelle)
- 3 ½ tbsp caster sugar (Lamb brand)
- 200g mascarpone cheese
- Few drops pink food colouring
- 300ml Cortado coffee (Nescafe)
- 130g bar white chocolate with hazelnuts, chopped (Novi)
- 1 box fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
- 18 savoiardi biscuits, cut in half
- You will need a few extra strawberries to decorate.
