Spinach and pea whirls
Serves:
Ingredients
- 100g spinach
- 100g peas
- 100g puff pastry
- 1 egg
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 5g nutmeg
- 25g butter
Method
Shallow fry the onions garlic and spinach in butter, cook until soft, add nutmeg and pea puree. Meanwhile cut squares the puff pastry and spread the mixture, roll from left to right and cut in round slices to form whirls bake for 10 minutes at 180`c.
