Smoked salmon and roast beef toast with creamy horseradish

Ingredients

  • 1 large loaf ciabatta, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (Borges)
  • 350g smoked salmon
  • 350g roasted beef fillet
  • 1 globe garlic, roasted
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • Juice and zest ½ lemon
  • 2-3 heaped tbsp horse radish (Colmans)
  • 200g cream cheese (Emborg)
  • Micro greens to decorate

Method

Start by placing the ciabatta slices onto a large baking tray, drizzle with olive oil and season well with salt and pepper. Grill or toast on both sides. Meanwhile, whip together the cream cheese and horse radish. Divide into 2, adding the roasted garlic puree into half, and the chopped dill, lemon juice and zest into the other. Spread the 2 different flavoured cream cheeses onto the toasted ciabatta. Lay slices of smoked salmon over the toast with dill cream, and the slices of roast beef onto the toast with the garlic cream. Place onto a serving tray and decorate with micro greens.
