Quick chicken & cheddar mini pies

Ingredients

2 Rectangular Ready-Made Puff pastry
2 Tins Chicken Luncheon Meat (Pek)
1 Packet Sliced Cheddar (Emborg)
2 Large Tomatoes
1/2 tsp Oregano
1 Egg
Black Sesame Seeds

Method

Slice the chicken, and tomatoes into 1cm slices.
Open the dough, and using a cookie cutter cut into circles (slightly larger than the chicken and tomatoes.
Place a slice of chicken followed by the tomato.
Use another small cookie cutter and cut the cheese. Place a slice on top of the tomato, followed by some oregano.
Wet a bit the edges of the dough and enclose with another dough circle pressing the edges tightly.
Brush with some egg wash, sprinkle with sesame seeds and puck a couple of holes on top for steam to escape.
Bake in a hot oven until it’s nice and crispy.
