No-bake healthy muesli bars

Ingredients

300g Pitted Dates
250g Muesli Fruit & Nut (Yuka)
1 tbsp Peanut butter (Lamb brand)
30g Sunflower Seeds
1 tbsp Chia Seeds

Method

Blend the dates using a food processor until a paste is formed.
Blend in the peanut butter.
Then add the rest of the ingredients and using the pulse function combine them altogether. Do not over mix and crush the muesli.
Line a deep rectangle dish with baking paper or cling film and firmly press the mixture.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours then cut into bars.
