Father’s day cup cake box

Ingredients
You will need:
- 6 pre-baked cupcakes
- Sugar paste decorations
- 1 bar mint or orange flavoured chocolate (Novi)
- 1 bag Maltesers
- Few toasted hazelnuts, chopped
- 1 presentation box
For the buttercream:
- 250g unsalted butter (Valio)
- 500g icing sugar (Lamb brand)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 100g melted dark chocolate (Novi)

Method
Start this recipe by beating the butter in a mixer for 6-10 minutes till light and pale. Add in the vanilla, icing sugar and milk and continue to mix for a further 5 minutes. When ready, mix in the melted chocolate. Fill your cupcakes with caramel, jam or chocolate spread and pipe the buttercream on top using piping bags with different nozzles. Decorate 4 cup cakes with the sugar decorations. For the remaining 2 cupcakes, stick in pieces of broken chocolate, Maltesers and chopped nuts. Place into the presentation box.
