Peppered cheese nachos

Ingredients
- 2 tsp butter
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 300ml full fat milk
- 1 dried and 1 fresh peppered gbejna, grated
- 100g grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 large bag nachos, cheese dip and salsa (El Sabor)
- 1 green and 1 red pepper, diced
- 2 spring onions, sliced
Method
Melt the butter in a saucepan, add in the flour and stir to a paste cooking for 1 minute. Gradually, stirring constantly pour in the warmed milk. Stir in the grated cheese and 2 tbsp. of the cheese dip. Place the nachos on a large serving dish, pour over the warm cheese sauce and sprinkle over the diced peppers and drizzle over the salsa.

Ħawwad il-ġobon maħkuk u ż-żewġ imgħaref tad-dip tal-ġobon. Poġġi n-nachos fuq dixx kbir biex isservi, ferra’ fil-wiċċ iz-zalza tal-ġobon sħuna u roxx fuqha l-bżar imqatta’ f’biċċiet żgħar.
