Maltese bread crispy chicken burgers

Ingredients
- 2 small Maltese hobza
- 200g grated Cheddar cheese
- 200g grated mozzarella
- cornflake coated chicken steaks (Dewfresh)
- 50g butter, melted
- 1 tsp dried onion flakes
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- Oven fries
Method
Start this recipe by heating the oven to 200°C and cook the cornflake chicken steaks and oven fries for 15 minutes. Meanwhile mix together the melted butter, onion flakes and parsley in a small bowl. Cut the 2 small Maltese loaves in half and brush both sides with the butter. Lay on 2 alternating layers of each chicken steaks and the cheeses. Pop on the bread top, wrap the filled loaves in foil and bake in the oven at 200°C for 10 minutes to melt everything together. Serve cut into quarters with the cooked oven fries.

Sadanittant ħallat flimkien il-butir imdewweb, il-qxur tal-basal u t-tursin fi skutella żgħira. Aqsam iż-żewġ ħobżiet Maltin żgħar min-nofs u idlek iż-żewġ naħat bil-butir. Poġġi fuqhom 2 saffi alternati ta’ kull burger tat-tiġieġ u l-ġobnijiet. Poġġi l-parti ta’ fuq tal-ħobż, geżwer il-ħobżiet mimlijin bil-fojl u aħmi fil-forn f’temperatura ta’ 200°C għal 10 minuti biex iddewweb kollox flimkien. Servi maqtugħin fi kwarti flimkien mal-patata tal-forn imsajra.
