Mini chickpea and tuna fritters with a lime yoghurt dip

Ingredients

  • 200g chickpeas
  • 80g tuna  (Blue Angel)
  • 80g feta
  • 1 large red onion
  • Small bunch coriander
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 80g plain flour
  • 100g yoghurt plain
  • 1 lime

Method

Mince the chickpeas and mix well with the feta and well drained tuna. Finely chop the onion, garlic and coriander and mix together. Meanwhile mix the yoghurt and lime juice in a bowl and allow to infuse in the fridge until serving. Now form small patties with the chickpea mix, toss in flour and deep fry until golden on the outside. Serve with the dip on the side.
