Fettucine with pancetta and Mexican cheese

Ingredients

  • 150g Dried Fettucine (De Cecco)
  • 100g pancetta
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 spring onions
  • 150g Mexican cheese
  • 100ml fresh cream (Benna)
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Method

Chop the onion and pancetta and sauté in olive oil until crispy, add the cream, than cheese and dilute. Add the cooked fettucine and toss well than add the chopped spring onion and parsley, adjust seasoning.
