Fettucine coconut chilli prawn and coriander

Ingredients
- 150g dried fettucine (De Cecco)
- 12 king prawns
- 1 tbsp red curry paste
- 200ml coconut milk
- 1 leek
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp coriander chopped
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 1 tsp grated ginger
Method
Chop the leeks, ginger, garlic and sauté with the red curry paste together with the roughly chopped prawns until starting to brown. Add the coconut milk and simmer until reduced by half. Toss in the cooked pasta and simmer for few more minutes, finally add the orange zest, coriander and sesame seeds.

- mgħarfa żerriegħa tal-ġulġlien
- kuċċarina qoxra tal-larinġa
- kuċċarina ġinġer maħkuk
