Smoked salmon open sandwich
Serves:
Ingredients
- 3 slices smoked salmon
- 1 baguette
- 50g cream cheese
- Chopped fresh chives
- Cos lettuce leaves
- Juice of a lemon
- 1 tsp olive oil
Method
Mix together the cream cheese, lemon juice and chives in a small bowl. Meanwhile, slice the baguette in round pieces and toast from both sides .Spread the cream cheese mixture on one side of the toasted bread and serve with the smoked salmon, lettuce leaves and drizzle with some olive oil before serving.
