Quick pasta with chicken, olives and cherry tomatoes
Ingredients
- 300g fuslli pasta
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 finely chopped onion
- Chicken breast
- Black olives, sliced and remove stone
- Pine nuts (Lamb Brand)
- Fresh herbs, basil, parsley
- Mozzarella balls (Benna)
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- 100g sliced cherry tomatoes
- Fresh chilli
Method
Shallow fry the onion and garlic in a generous dollop of olive oil. Add the chicken pieces and cook through, sprinkle with the olives, pine nuts, herbs, chilli and cherry tomatoes. Boil the pasta, add some of the cooking water to the chicken, bring to the boil and toss in the pasta. Finish with the grated Parmesan and mozzarella cheese.

Bright yellow colour with green tints. Its aromas are intense, dominated by citric flavours, especially pink grapefruit. Floral notes combine perfectly with the subtle tropical fruit flavours. In the mouth the wine is medium-bodied and has a balanced acidity which gives it a crisp freshness. It has a long fruity finish.
