Spaghetti with prawns, chorizo and crushed walnuts

Ingredients

  • 150g spaghetti
  • 50g prawns
  • 10g chorizo
  • 20g walnuts
  • 50ml olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • Knob of butter
  • lemon zest
  • Fresh seasoning
  • Fresh herbs

 

Method

Preheat pan with a little bit of olive oil and cook the onions, garlic and chorizo until slightly crispy. Add the prawns, lemon zest and butter and continue to simmer. Bring a pan of hot water to the boil, add a little oil and cook the spaghetti for approximately 6 minutes. Drain, and add the sauce along with the walnuts and mix well. Serve immediately
