Chocolate truffle in jars

Ingredients

  • 350g dark chocolate
  • 100g butter
  • 300ml cream
  • 3 tbsp dark rum

 

Method

Heat the chocolate, butter and cream in a heavy-based pan over a low heat and stir until smooth. Add the rum and stir. Pour into jars and refrigerate for 2 hours until set.
