Grilled Tuna on Spinach & Brie tart

Ingredients

  • 300g Tuna Steak 
  • 2 x 10 cm diameter Savory tarts 
  • 100g Brie cheese 
  • 2 Eggs (Le Naturelle)
  • 80g Frozen Spinach (Emborg)
  • Lemon Pepper rub
  • 1 small onion 
  • 3 Cloves Garlic

Method

Chop and saute the onion and garlic, then add the well defrosted and drained spinach, rub, toss and season.

Fill the 2 tarts then add the brie cheese and a whole egg on top in each, cook in a preheated oven at 190 deg for 5 min.

Cut the Tuna in 2 Steaks, Season and Seal the Tuna from both sides and serve on the tart with a drizzle of olive oil.
