Rigatoni with garlic cougettes, black olives, walnuts and crème fraiche

Ingredients

  • 200g rigatoni
  • 1 courgette,
  • 4 cloves garlic,
  • 6 sage leaves
  • 6 kalamata olives
  • 8 walnuts
  • 1 red onion
  • 150g crème fraiche (President)

Method

Slice the courgettes and chop the garlic, saute in salted butter until browned than add the olives, pasta and toss well. Add the walnuts, sage and finally the crème, keep tossing well and serve.
