Method
Beat together the sugar and butter until soft and light. Mix in the vanilla, beaten egg, followed by the flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Finally mix in the milk but do not over mix. Place into a piping bag and pipe into your silicone mini doughnut moulds. Bake in the oven at 200`c for 15-20 minutes.
