Spiced pumpkin and ricotta hummus

Ingredients
For the hummus
- 150g roasted pumpkin
- 1 x 400g tin chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 150g ricotta (Hanini)
- 1 heaped tbsp tahini
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- ½ tsp ras-il-hanout
- 2 tbsp olive oil (Olitalia)
For serving
- ½ tsp toasted black sesame seeds (Good Earth)
- ½ tsp toasted pumpkin seeds (Good Earth)
- 1 small ciabatta, finely sliced and toasted
- 1 large carrot, peeled and cut into sticks
