Rich chocolate truffles

Ingredients

300g dark chocolate (Novi)
40g unsalted butter (Lakeland)
225ml double cream (Elmlea)
2 tbsp alcohol of your choice (optional)
Cocoa powder, pistachios, flaked almonds for decorating

Method

Start this recipe by heating together the cream and butter and pour over the chopped chocolate. Mix together well to melt then place in the fridge to set for 3 hours. When ready, using 2 spoons form into balls, roll into the cocoa or chopped nuts and chill again till ready to serve.
