Pasta with blue cheese, walnuts and grilled green apple

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 500g pasta
  • 1 green apple
  • 200ml vegetable stock
  • 50ml white wine
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 50g walnuts
  • 250ml fresh cream
  • 50g blue cheese
  • Salt and pepper

 

Method

Boil pasta accordingly to instructions and set aside. Slice the apple and grill on high heat, put in a pan the walnuts together with the garlic and oregano. Add the white wine, blue cheese and vegetable stock and simmer, add the cream and simmer once again. Season the pasta sauce, add the pasta, toss and serve with the grilled apple and some more crushed walnuts.
