Creamy pasta with grilled marrows

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 500g pasta
  • 2 firm marrows
  • 200ml vegetable stock
  • 50ml white wine
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 1 drop white vinegar
  • 250ml fresh cream
  • Salt and pepper

 

Method

Boil pasta accordingly to instructions and set aside. Slice the marrow and grill on high heat, chop and put in a pan together with the garlic and oregano. Add the white wine, vinegar and vegetable stock and simmer, add the cream and simmer once again. Season the pasta sauce; add the pasta, toss and serve.
