Mini pork and beef meat balls with tomato sauce

Ingredients
- 2 gloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 500g minced pork and beef
- 1 tsp dried mixed Italian herbs
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh seasoning
- 2 tsp butter substitute (Flora Cuisine)
- 300ml tomato passata
- ½ tsp dried oregano
Method
Heat 1 teaspoon of butter substitute in a small pan and quickly soften together the garlic shallot together . Place in a small bowl, along with the minced meat, Italian herbs, Parmesan cheese and season well with salt and pepper. Form into small meatballs. Heat the remaining butter substitute in a frying pan and quickly pan fry the meatballs. Place them into a small oven-proof dish and pour over the tomato passata. Season well with salt and pepper and sprinkle over the dried oregano. Cook in the oven at 200`c for 10-15 minutes and serve while still hot.
