Ingredients

  • 2 fresh lampuki fillets of around 250g each
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp dry breadcrumbs
  • 6 pieces sun-dried tomatoes, coarsely chopped
  • 2 tbsp black olives, pitted and halved
  • 1 tbsp capers, drained
  • some fresh marjoram
  • some chopped parsley
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
