- juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp dry breadcrumbs
- 6 pieces sun-dried tomatoes, coarsely chopped
- 2 tbsp black olives, pitted and halved
- 1 tbsp capers, drained
- some fresh marjoram
- some chopped parsley
- olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
