Frozen raspberry yogurt

Ingredients
- 300g frozen raspberries (Asiago)
- 150g Greek yogurt (Kolios)
- 2 tbsp runny honey
- 1 box Scottish shortbread rounds (Mackays)

Method
This is a very easy recipe. Place the yogurt, frozen berries and runny honey into a food processor and blitz together until smooth. Place into a container and freeze till firm. Serve in cocktail glasses with the shortbread rounds and fresh mint leaves
