Fresh homemade lemonade
Serves: 4-6

Ingredients
- 1 litre chilled water
- 1 large or 2 small lemons, quartered
- 50g caster sugar
Method
Place caster sugar into the Thermomix and mix for 10 seconds on speed 7. Pour in ½ the water and add in the lemon pieces. Mix again for 20 seconds on speed 7. Place in the Thermomix strainer attachment and pour the fresh lemonade into a jug with the remaining water and mix. Serve with slices of lemon and lime.
