Cinnamon and banana bread

Ingredients

180g plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
Good pinch salt
2 tsp ground cinnamon
200g very ripe bananas, mashed
150g banana yogurt (Benna)
3 eggs
60ml maple syrup
50g brown sugar
120g chopped pecan nuts
1 sliced banana and 1 extra tub banana yogurt for serving (Benna)

Method

Line a loaf tin with baking paper and heat the oven to 180`c. Start by whisking the eggs in a bowl, then add in the mashed bananas, yogurt, maple syrup and sugar and mix to combine. Sift in the flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon and mix together till just coming together. Fold in the pecans and transfer to the baking tin. Bake in the oven for approximately 40-45 minutes. Serve the banana bread with extra yogurt on the side.
