Artichoke and olive tapenade

Ingredients

140g green olives (Camel brand)
140g black olives (Camel brand)
4 artichoke halves (Camel brand)
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp capers (Camel brand)
5 basil leaves
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp lemon zest
2-3 tbsp olive oil
You will also need toasted bread crostini for serving

Method

To make the tapenade, just simply blitz all the ingredients together in a food processor and chill before serving with toasted crostini.
