Chocolate peanut clusters

Ingredients
- 170g dark chocolate (Novi)
- 80g milk chocolate (Novi)
- 30g peanut butter (Pip & Nut)
- 115g salted peanuts (Lamb brand)
- 115g unsalted roasted peanuts (Lamb brand)

Method
Chop the chocolate roughly and start by melting the dark chocolate in a bain-marie. Stir in the milk chocolate, continue stirring until it melts completely.
Blend in the peanut butter to melt, followed by the salted and unsalted peanuts. Take spoonfuls of the peanut mixture and drop onto greaseproof paper and allow to set for 30 minutes.
