Chocolate and berry cups

Ingredients
- 12 mini sweet pastry cups
- 12 fresh raspberries or blackberries
- 100g dark chocolate (Topsy)
- 100g fresh cream (Benna)
- 1 tbsp rum or brandy
- 1 tbsp icing sugar for dusting
Method
Start this recipe by melting together the chocolate, cream and alcohol in a small saucepan over a low heat to form a ganache. Use the mixture to carefully fill the sweet pastry cups. Leave out to set for 2 hours. Before you are ready to serve the chocolate cups, arrange fresh berries on the top of each one and dust lightly with icing sugar just before serving.
