5 minute salted peanut butter fudge

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 30g icing sugar
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp vanilla essence
  • 50g coconut oil
  • 250g peanut butter

Method

Just mix all the ingredients together and place into a tin lined with non-stick paper. Place in the freezer for at least 1 hour to firm up. When set, remove from the freezer and turn out onto a chopping board. Cut up into chunky squares and serve. Keep stored in the freezer.
