Grilled beef and brie sliders with sweet potato fries
Serves: 2
Ingredients
- 2 x 200g rib eye steaks
- 1 leek
- 1 red pepper
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 spring onions
- 4 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp Hoisin sauce
- 6 mini burger buns
- 150g Brie cheese (President)
- 2 large sweet potato
- 6 Fancy toothpicks
- Bunch fancy lettuce
Method
Season and grill the steaks separately on a griddle pan until medium cooked. Shred the leeks, onions and slice the peppers sauté with the paprika and olive oil until softened. Now pour in both sauces and toss, bring to the boil and remove from heat. Slice the beef and mix with the sauce mixture, open the buns and place some beef mixture in topped with brie. Keep the bun closed with the help of a fancy tooth pick. Cut the sweet potato in wedges, blanch and then deep fry to serve on the side with some fancy lettuce.
