Brie and nut French toast

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 6 slices bread
  • 10g walnuts
  • 50g brie
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3 eggs
  • 50ml milk
  • 1 onion, caramelized

Method

Start by mixing the eggs and milk together. Add in the diced brie followed by the caramelized onion and nuts. Cut the bread into round pieces dip in the prepared mixture and shallow fry on both sides till golden brown. Serve immediately.
