Zucchine, Gorgonzola cheese and ragu’ puffs

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 1 zucchine, diced and cooked
  • Gorgonzola cheese
  • 1 can gran ragu (Star)

Method

Roll the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut with a pastry cutter. Spoon some of the ragu’ in the centre of the pastry, top with the zucchini and cheese. Bake in a hot oven until pastry is brown and crispy
