Chicken curry with chili, lemon and coconut

Ingredients

  • 200g chicken breast
  • 50g curry powder
  • 1 chill
  • 1 lemon
  • 100ml coconut milk
  • 100ml chicken stock

Method

Starting by cutting the chicken breast in pieces and rub in the curry lemon and chili with the chicken. Leave to marinade for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat pan and seal the chicken from both sides gradually add the chicken stock and simmer for 5 minutes. Thicken with coconut cream.
