Dewweb il-buttir itfa il-kumplament ta l-ingredienti u sajjar fuq nar baxx minajr ma thalli xejn jiehu kullur. Dawwar kollox bi blender irranga bil bzar u melh u hallih joqod fil fridge. Ghamel il-hobz taht grill ghal ftit hin min zewg nahhat u b’sikkina irqiqa iftah il-gnub ghalijhom, erga tahalhom ghal ftit hin min naha li ftaht sakemm tinbaram ftit. Sajjar il-pruna imqatta f’bicciet zghar fil-buttir u zokkor sakemm jirtabu zied il-mango chutney u nehhi min fuq in-nar.
