Calamari stuffed with mushrooms

Ingredients
- 2 large calamari
- 300g mixed mushrooms
- 100g mushrooms
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp olive oil (PREGO)
- 200ml white wine
- Fresh seasoning
Method
Clean the calamari and finely chop the tentacles together with the garlic. Next, finely chop the mushrooms and place in a bowl with the tentacles, parsley and egg Season with salt and pepper and mix well. Use this filling to stuff the calamari and seal the ends with cocktail sticks. Heat the olive oil in a thick bottom pan and seal the calamari on each side. Pour in the wine and cover with lid. Cook for approximately 15 minutes, or until the calamari are cooked. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley and the sauce from the pan.
