Spicy lentil soup with crispy fried Pita chips

Method
Shallow fry the onion, garlic, carrot together with the spices. Pour in the lentils, cover with enough stock, cook for 10 minutes, whizz into a smooth soup. Fry the pita wedges until crispy. Serve the soup in shot glasses with chopped tomatoes, coriander & crispy Pita chips
