Salted baked chocolate tart with berries

Ingredients
For the filling
- 400ml fresh cream (Benna)
- 300g dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp caster sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet chocolate bourbon biscuits
- 80g melted butter
- Good pinch fine salt
- Fresh berries for serving
Method
Start this recipe by crushing the biscuits. Mix in the melted butter and a good pinch of salt. Press into the base of n 8 inch tin or use smaller individual tins. Place the cream into a saucepan with the chopped chocolate and melt down stirring constantly. Take off the heat and quickly whisk in the cocoa, sugar and eggs till smooth. Pour into the prepared bases, filling almost to the top. Bake in the oven at 180`c for 25-30 minutes if you are preparing 1 large tart, or 15-18 minutes if making individuals. Remove from the oven and allow to cool down completely before serving with fresh berries.

- mgħarfa trab taċ-ċikkulata
- mgħarfa zokkor
- 2 bajdiet
Int teħtieġ ukoll
- pakkett gallettini taċ-ċikkulata
- 80g butir imdewweb
- melħ
- berries friski biex isservi
Method
Ibda din ir-riċetta billi tfarrak il-gallettini. Ħawwad flimkien mal-butir imdewweb u niskata melħ. Agħfas fil-qiegħ ta’ landa ta’ 8 pulzieri jew uża laned individwali żgħar. Poġġi l-krema ġo kazzola maċ-ċikkulata mqatta’ u dewweb waqt li tħawwad kontinwament. Neħħi minn fuq in-nar u ħawwad malajr it-trab taċ-ċikkulata, iz-zokkor u l-bajd. Ferra fil-bażijiet ippreparati, imla’ kważi sal-wiċċ. Aħmi fil-forn f’temperatura ta’ 180°C għal 25 sa 30 minuta jekk qed tipprepara tart kbira, jew 15-18-il minuta jekk tagħmel individwali żgħar. Neħħi mill-forn u ħallihom jiksħu kompletament qabel ma sservi bil-frott frisk.
