Christmas turkey puffs

Ingredients

  • 2 sheets puff pastry
  • 500g minced turkey breast
  • 2 tbsp cranberry sauce
  • 2 spoons whole grain mustard (Maille)
  • 2 tbsp chopped pistachios
  • 1 tsp chopped parsley
  • Fresh seasoning
  • 1 beaten egg for glazing
  • Sesame seeds

Method

Season the turkey mince with salt and pepper, mix in the whole grain mustard, pistachios and parsley. Roll out the puff pastry sheets and brush with the cranberry sauce. Pipe a thick line of turkey mince onto the sauce and roll tightly, like sausage rolls. Cut the pastry into desired size and place on a dish line with baking paper. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in a hot oven at 175°c and Bake for 20-25 minutes
