Honey and almond hot chocolate

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp dark cocoa powder (Icam)
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
  • 2 tbsp cold water
  • 3 tbsp honey (Oygiga)
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 100g marzipan
  • 300ml milk (Benna)
  • Whipped cream and chopped almonds to garnish

Method

Dilute the cocoa powder and corn flour with the water. Whisk in the honey and gradually add the milk and the vanilla. Continue whisking over a moderate fire until smooth and thickened. Pour into serving glasses and decorate with whipped cream, almond chips and a dust of cocoa powder
