Chocolate bark with dried fruits and nuts

Ingredients
- Melted white and dark chocolate (Icam Ciocopasticceria)
- Dried goji berries and diced dried apricots
- Broken toasted pistachios and almonds
Method
This is a very easy recipe to prepare. Pour the melted dark chocolate into a tray lined with non-stick paper. Spread out to ½ cm thick, then drizzle over the white melted chocolate. Use a wooden skewer to swirl the chocolates together like a marble effect. Sprinkle over the dried fruits and broken nuts and allow to set completely before serving broken up into pieces.
