Vanilla and cinnamon panacotta with fresh strawberries
Serves: 4
Ingredients
- 200ml cream
- 200ml milk
- 80 sugar
- 1 vanilla pod
- ½ cinnamon stick
- 2 gelatine leaves
- 250g fresh strawberries
Method
Put the cream and milk in a saucepan and heat to just boiling point. Add the sugar, vanilla and cinnamon and infuse for 20 minutes. Soak the gelatine in ice cold water. Add to the mixture and pass through a sieve. Pour into moulds and refrigerate for 3 hours until set. Serve with fresh strawberries.
